Your Second Act Needs a Plan, Not Permission
Experience has already taught you how to make decisions, solve problems, and recover when life changes the script. Now you need a business roadmap that puts those strengths to work. I help women over 50 move past uncertainty, avoid expensive mistakes, and build their next chapter on a strong foundation.
I Know How This Feels
I know the mix of excitement and uncertainty because I have lived it. I have started several businesses, each with decisions that turned complicated when money, paperwork, and deadlines entered the picture. I have filed forms, opened accounts, built systems, found clients, changed direction, and learned what happens when you take steps in the wrong order.
Entrepreneurs reach me with a strong idea and plenty of questions. They worry about choosing the wrong structure, buying a domain before clearing the name, missing a license, mixing personal and business funds, or charging too little. Advice from friends, social media, and Google rarely arrives in a useful order.
I chose to help startups because confusion costs money. People can lose momentum while chasing conflicting answers. I give them a clear path from idea to operation, so they can move forward with confidence and avoid expensive do-overs that can derail a promising business.
Experience Behind the Advice
I’m Julie Diebolt Price, a business coach, entrepreneur, educator, and lifelong business starter. My Business Administration degree gave me the foundation. Experience taught me how business decisions play out when customers, deadlines, money, and paperwork enter the room.
In California, I started businesses as a sole proprietorship, C corporation, limited liability company, and joint venture. I made the decisions, filed forms, opened accounts, built systems, found clients, and changed course when needed.
I also built a reputation in the aerospace industry as the go-to person to administer major program reviews. Those projects involved moving parts, teams, and time-critical briefings. Organization became one of my strongest skills.
I bring that experience to my Strong Start Business Coaching. I help clients choose a structure, clear a name, complete registrations, set up banking and bookkeeping, price their work, and document operations before an avoidable mistake drains their money or stalls their launch.
How I Coach

I coach with clear answers, practical steps, and a little tough love when you need it. I will not bury you in business jargon or hand you a pep talk when you need a decision.
We work through your startup in the right order. I explain the reason behind each step, help you weigh options, and flag trouble before it gets expensive. You make the final decisions. I bring the roadmap, focused questions, and experience.
I go beyond filing forms. I want you to understand the business you are building and feel ready to run it after launch.
